PROBABLE CAUSE:
A file required by the Datacap credit card processing module is missing, corrupted or must be re-registered under Windows. Likely you uninstalled another application causing a break in the components because the uninstaller inadvertently removed a shared file.

RESOLUTIONS:
Download the installer for the Datacap objects and run it to setup the components again.
