PROBABLE CAUSE:
Your computers are set up for an
international date format. The program’s convention is English US. Which results in dates in the format mm/dd/yyyy.
For instance, English Canadian would produce dates in the format dd/mm/yyyy.
RESOLUTIONS:
Change the formatting to English US, the standard for the application. This
is done by going to Start, then Control Panel, then choose Date, Time, Language
and Regional Options or simply “Language and Regional Options” from an icon
view. Then select and Apply “English (
