PROBABLE CAUSE:
The playdate blank template
distributed with your copy of the software contained an inadvertent entry that
should not have been there. This only affects playdates created as “blank” and
does not affect playdates where all features and showtimes were imported from
the master feature templates during the playdate creation process.
RESOLUTIONS:
Download the latest version of the
management component. This will remove
the amount from subsequent playdates created but will not affect existing
playdates. Simply erase the entry from the “other” column on pre-existing
reports.
