VERSION
COMPATIBILITY:
Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP
PROBABLE CAUSE:
The short title of the feature contains
a character that is incompatible with Windows file naming conventions. The
short title is used when auto-generating the filename.
RESOLUTIONS:
This only affects saving to a disk file. You can still generate this report
over and over again indefinitely (as long as the playdate exists on your
system) into the print preview window without saving it.
The user must go to each playdate in
the reporting period and remove the illegal character from the short title
making absolutely sure that the title is consistent from one day to the next.
If one date contains an extra space or character it will be treated as an
entirely different film and other unlike spelled days will not appear in the
report.
The latest version of the software
contains a filtering routine that prevents the creation of new features
containing illegal characters in the short title field. This will not affect
features created with versions of the management software prior to 1.1.27.
