PROBABLE CAUSE:
You have corrupted your receipt database because of some data error.

RESOLUTIONS:

Double-Click My Computer, Local Drive C

Browse to: C:\Program Files\Sensible Cinema Software\Box Office for Windows

Step 1: Delete the existing damaged RECEIPT.MDB file.
Step 2: Copy the file RECEIPT.DLL file.
Step 3: Rename Copy of RECEIPT.DLL to RECEIPT.MDB.

Versions of the TERM.EXE after August 1, 2003 automatically fix the file when corrupted.
