Landscape reports won’t print in Landscape orientation

SOLUTION:

First, set the Report printer as your Windows default printer in the Windows Control panel under Printers and Faxes then edit the registry key shown below using the Windows Registry editor REGEDIT.

Go to START.

Choose RUN.

In the dialog ‘Open’ type REGEDIT and press OK.

Under the heading HKEY CURRENT USER, expand

Under the heading Software expand

Under VB and VBA Program Settings, expand

Expand Sensible Cinema Box Office for Windows

Expand Default Settings

Highlight the key Single CPU Report Printer Name and right-click and delete

Close REGEDIT.

Do not select a printer driver under report printer setup in the Sensible Terminal Setup.
