Box Office for Windows:
Printing Setup

Some printing issues will require assistance from technical support from the printer manufacturer. Ensure that you have the proper Windows drivers installed and that the correct ticket printer is set as your default printer on the affected machine. Because we use hardware fonts in FGL ticket printers rather than True-Type Windows fonts you must install a Generic-Text Only Driver for Boca, Datamax and Practical Automation printers under Windows XP rather than the drivers provided with the printer. If using Windows 2000 you must use the Datamax Pass-Thru driver found on our CD-ROM. Further setup for the pass-thru driver is found here.
